Body medium sized, powerful. Legs are middle long,
strong, muscular, in good proportion to the body. The hind legs are somewhat
higher than the forelegs. The paws are oval, strong and tufted. Tail in
proportion to the body, well coated.
Head
Head short equilateral triangle. Wide forehead - not flat. Cheeks strong with
aroundness. Nose medium long. Straigth line from base to the upperlip. Nose
without a stop. Strong chin preferred.
Ears
Ears medium sized, no wide set, not high on head
and tilted slightly forward. Slightly rounded tips. Thick little hair is
present on the inner side.
Eyes
Eyes large, wide open and alert, slightly oval.
Eye color to conform to the color of the coat. Preferred color yellow, green
or yellow-green.
Coat
Semi-Longhair
Coat medium length, smooth and silky. Undercoat slightly soft in texture.
Head, shoulders and forelegs show short coat. More long at cheeks, back
and flanks. A distinct ruff. Thick pants at hind legs.
Shorthair
Coat thick, smooth and silky, with slightly silver gloss, close lying.
All colors without Colorpoint and solid white are
allowed.
