Body of medium size and length. Powerful and muscular,
but not massive or fat. In profile the breast is rounded and strong. The
back forms a straight line from the shouelders to the rump. Legs fine, of
medium length, feet well defined, slightly oval. Tail of medium length,
tapering slightly from a strong base to a rounded tip. Body well covered
with hair.
Head
Head rounded, with a good breadth between the ears,
a strong chin and well developed cheeks. Nose with a slight dip at the bridge.
Ears
Ears of medium size, broad at the base. Tips slightly
rounded, outer edge thickly covered with fine hairs, inner edge slightly
covered.
Eyes
Eyes at a good distance from the line of the nose,
rather wider at the outside, color to conform to the coat color. Medium
in size, well opened eyes of a luminous color.
Coat
Coat feels soft and velvety to the touch. It is
short, plushy and clearly waved or curled. The density of the coat ranges
from a thin, soft coat to a thick, regular structure. The whiskers are curled.
All colors. All types of white markings are permitted.
